Cool Stuff at WotsKool!

Synchronised swimming is one of those sports you only ever see at the Olympics so I’ve often wondered where these athletes come from.

Then I went for a dip down at my local swimming pool after work. I’d all but worn myself out when the pool was cleared to make way for a synchronised swimming team. I was mightily impressed. The girls in the team performed some breathtaking feats of aquatic agility and control that had me mesmerised.

I’m already looking forward to the 2012 Olympics which are to be held here in the UK and I’ll definitely try to get to see some of the Olympic synchronised swimmers in action.
