In case you ever found yourself in the South of England, here is a great guide on which towns to hit for a great meal out. Sussex is a fantastic part of England, it has great heritage and lots of exciting events happening all year round. Here is a list of great places that I like to eat when I go out in the Sussex area;

- Al Duomo Restaurant in Brighton is a cool contemporary italian restaurant which offers exquisite, genuine italian pizzas, pasta and seafood. Al Duomo are one of the best Brighton Catering companies around and offer a great service.

- Indigo Restaurant in Worthing is just a stone’s throw away from the beach and has recently been awarded a AA Rosette for its food for the past eight years. The offer modern British food, Seafood and Pacific Rim.

- Cafe Rouge in Littlehampton is just one of a major chain of restaurants yet offers great French food. This branch in Littlehampton is slightly less than its London counterparts however the restaurant itself is curtsy towards La France.

- Flamenco Tapas restaurant in Eastbourne is another one of my favourite restaurants to visit. They have an incredible fourty six dishes to choose from with daily specials, platos principales, set menus and carefully selected Spanish wines. This restuarant has a great atmosphere and is truly one my own favourite places to eat! Flamenco Tapas also offer corporate catering for individuals and companies.
