Save Money on Heating Oil
3
August 28th, 2007Save MoneyMaking significant savings on your heating oil bills has been simplified by Boilerjuice.com who use the wonderful internet to bring purchasers and suppliers together in order to bring about savings for all.
I didn’t know about this facility until recently which is a pity as I was responsible for getting the best deal that I could for my local community hall which is used for community functions (fetes, jumble sales etc.) and by various local community groups. I’ve now formed a group of local heating oil users and we are now benfiting from the service and facilities provided by Boilerjuice.com.
By bulk buying our fuel we all save money. What’s more, there are no longer multiple deliveries requiring tankers to repeatedly negotiate the narrow lanes in our village. We now all get our oil at the same time - and at a far better price than any of us have had in the past. Boilerjuice are also donating a small amount to our local community hall which will contribute towards some much needed decorating.
So, if you are a user of heating oil and you want to save money, and lessen the number of tankers on the road, you should really pay Boilerjuice.com a visit and register as a member. You have nothing to lose and you may, like me, save yourself a few bob.

That sounds really nice. I live near Manchester and have always bought my heating oil from a local company called Crown Oil, although they do deliver fuel nationwide as well. Crown Oil always offered me the best price but I will give boiler juice a call to see what they can do.

Hello me again, I just called Boiler juice and Crown Oil to see who can give me the best price. It turned out that Crown Oil can sell me heating oil for 2p less than boiler juice, which is quite alot if your ordering in hundreds of litres. And they can deliver it next day, where as boiler juice usually do the friday collective deliveries. I see the point of that and I think it is great but Crown oil said thaey can do that too. So if they offer me a better price and also care for the environment, I think I’ll use them for this winters heating. Plus they are “going green” as much as they can, obviously -they do sell fuel after all- but well what can you say-every little helps, right? The sales lady told me thay are using recycled paper, have energy saving light bulbs, timers for their water boilers and all that stuff(don’t remember the rest) so it sound like they are trying to do their part to care for the environment. You can get their contact details from their website http://www.crownoil.co.uk
