We all know celebrities that have had ridiculous amounts of plastic surgery. Here is a quick list of the most incredible and dramtic changes in appearance that the world has ever seen!

First off we have the legendary king of pop, Michael Jackson. He is mostly known for his great music although he is probably equally famous for his obsession with cosmetic surgery. As you can clearly see from the photos there is an incredible difference!

We all remember Pamela Anderson from her time in the legendary program, Baywatch. She is one of the most searched women on the internet these days and you will rarely find a picture of her before she had about $2M worth of plastic surgery on her including breast augmentation and a rhinoplasty.

Jocelyn Wildenstein. You say that name and immediately think of plastic surgery. She is pretty much the queen of plastic surgery. I am guessing that there is not one procedure that she has not undergone. She has had the lot and the end product is un-sightly.

Im not so sure that this advert is really that cool, but you will can be sure that you will see this perfume in every perfume shop in the country not before too long. Britney Spears has really comeback in a major way and her recent release of two new perfume adverts have sprung right back to the top of the pop world.

I have never seen any thing so ridiculous in my life. The whole world is talking about care for animals and creatures yet Sarah Palin stands here reporting on a news event while Turkeys are being slaughtered to death in the run up to thanks giving.

Well This is enough to put anyone off of their family holidays!
